Starbird Chicken Opens New Colorado Location in Castle Rock
Another great dining option just landed in Castle Rock! Starbird is now open, serving up fresh, chef-driven chicken that’s perfect for busy nights, quick lunches, or when you’re simply craving something really good. The restaurant is located at 6360 Promenade Parkway.
Known for its never-frozen, “no antibiotics ever” chicken, Starbird serves up a crave-worthy menu of sandwiches, salads, wings, and tenders. Each piece of chicken is hand-breaded in small batches using a signature gluten-friendly spice blend, delivering maximum crunch and flavor in every bite.
Fan-favorite menu items include the Chicken Chop Salad, loaded with crispy chicken, romaine and cabbage, grape tomatoes, roasted corn, avocado mash, cotija cheese, pepitas, cilantro, green onions, and chipotle lime dressing. The chicken tenders are another standout, especially the Sweet Thai Chicken Tenders, tossed in a house-made Thai glaze and topped with fresh herbs, crispy shallots, and toasted sesame seeds. With 19 locations across Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area, this newest opening marks Starbird’s continued expansion. The Castle Rock store is the second opened in the Colorado market.
