Summer Yoga in the Park

Designed for all ages and experience levels, this welcoming practice invites individuals and families to move mindfully and enjoy the benefits of yoga side by side.

Instructor Dayna Zielke from Yogi Colorado will guide participants through simple stretches, calming breathing exercises, and gentle movements that promote flexibility, balance, and relaxation.

Bring a yoga mat or towel and join us for a peaceful summer practice in the park.
