Ice Cream Social

Cool down this summer at the Ice Cream Social, a summer tradition in Highlands Ranch.
Enjoy all-you-can-eat pre-packaged ice cream treats and snow cones for $3 per person. Listen to live music from the Highlands Ranch Concert Band and take advantage of food for purchase from your choice of three food trucks.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office and South Metro Fire Rescue will be at the event with a variety of vehicle and safety demos. Local vendors will also be on hand to talk about their services and products.
Ice cream treats and snow cones are generously donated by Walmart and Highlands Ranch Orthodontics. Proceeds will go to the Backpack Society, a Highlands Ranch food pantry focusing on kids with food insecurity through partnership with schools in Douglas County, Littleton Public School District, and Englewood School District.
Parking for the event will be available in the RTD parking lot and garage across Ridgeline Boulevard from the park. Green Ash Street between Ridgeline Boulevard and Burgundy Street will be closed all day, from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
There is no event parking in the library parking lot as it needs to be available for library patrons. Also, please be aware that Civic Green Park has a strict no dogs policy.
