SUMMARY:Denver Concert Band Presents Young Artist Concert
DESCRIPTION:Each year the Denver Concert Band awards a scholarship to encourage high school seniors to continue their music performance. The Young Artist award has been a tradition of the band since 1977. The caliber and expertise of these students is nothing short of amazing. The selections they choose to perform with the band are often challenging\, and worthy of a seasoned professional. Many of the past recipients have gone on to a professional career in music. \n\n\n\nJoin the DCB in this year’s award competition\, where the winning student will perform a selected piece with the band as a part of their scholarship award presentation.
