Pick up the clue sheets at the Castle Rock Museum between May 1 and May 30. Go around town to complete the tasks on the sheet. Return the sheet to the Castle Rock Museum to receive a gift\, and you can be entered into a drawing to win season passes to the Summer Concert Series and much more. You have the whole month of May to complete the hunt. Bring your family\, friends\, co-workers or do it on your own. It’s a fun and easy way to learn some history and get to know Castle Rock better. The prize drawing will be May 30\, 2026\, at 3 p.m. at the Castle Rock Museum.

DESCRIPTION:Are you interested in learning about birds or developing your birdwatching skills? Join the Town’s Natural Resource Specialist for the following birdwatching basics program and guided birdwatching walks. The indoor birdwatching class is designed for beginners. Learn about bird identification\, choosing and using binoculars and field guides\, finding local birding spots\, and so much more. Then look for birds and practice your identification skills with a guided walk along East Plum Creek Trail or at Gateway Mesa Open Space. Attendance at the first indoor class is not necessary to join either guided walk. Recommended for ages 8+. Preregistration is required.
