The 3,206-square-foot restaurant features two community tables and a spacious outdoor patio, offering plenty of seating for families, friend groups, and meet-ups. The bright, welcoming space is designed to make gathering over a meal easy and comfortable.
The menu includes a wide variety of Mediterranean favorites such as gyros, grilled kabobs, family feasts, rice bowls, soups, salads, hummus, falafel, and baklava. Known for its made-to-order approach, Taziki’s focuses on fresh, minimally processed ingredients and simple preparations that highlight olive oil, herbs, and seasonal produce.
The brand was founded in 1998 by Keith and Amy Richards after a trip to Greece inspired their passion for Mediterranean cuisine. Headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, Taziki’s has grown to more than 100 locations across 17 states, including two in Colorado.
