If you or a family member has ever needed a ride to a doctor’s appointment, grocery store, work or other destination, you can find one for free in Douglas County.
Currently, Link on Demand serves Lone Tree and Highlands Ranch and is set to expand to Parker and Stonegate in April 2026.

What is Link on Demand?
Link On Demand is Douglas County’s FREE on-demand transportation service. When you’re ready to go, book a shared ride straight from your phone and get picked up in a sleek, comfortable vehicle.
Link On Demand is accessible for those with mobility issues, students, older adults or anyone without regular access to a personal vehicle. Rides are available, weather permitting, every day of the week except Sundays.
Popular destinations include Littleton/Mineral RTD Station, Highlands Ranch Library and Civic Green Park, Lone Tree Arts Center, Sky Ridge Medical Center, Lincoln RTD Station, and Park Meadows Mall.
How Do I Sign Up?
To use, simply download the Link On Demand app, available on both Android and iOS, sign up for an account, and book your ride. You can also call 719-212-2430 to book your ride. To learn more, visit their website.
Once your ride is booked, you’ll be picked up in a branded, wheelchair-accessible, family-friendly shuttle driven by professional drivers.
Link On Demand works by pairing your ride with others going in the same direction, like a bus route that’s always changing based on who needs a ride. The shuttle may detour to pick up other passengers while you’re on board.
Wait times can vary and scheduled rides are not guaranteed. Be sure to watch the app after booking as your estimated pick-up time can change.
