South Suburban Parks & Recreation and the Highlands Ranch Metro District have partnered to plan and design a new outdoor pickleball complex near the southwest corner of S. Broadway and County Line Road. Ground has officially broken on the future Southpark Pickleball Complex.
Features of the complex include:
- 19 north-south facing courts with acrylic surfacing; each court will be fenced
- 147 parking spaces
- plumbed and heated restrooms
- court lighting
- shade pavilions with picnic tables
- low-water landscaping
Once open, the west courts will be managed and operated by South Suburban and the east courts will be managed and operated by the Metro District. The complex will offer drop-in play, court rentals, camps, clinics, leagues, private instruction and tournaments.
The project is expected to be completed in Fall 2025.
