Douglas County’s food scene just took another step up – and this time, it’s a familiar name leading the charge. The Brinkerhoff restaurant group, already well known in Castle Rock, has added a new upscale fine-dining destination to the community.
The Brinkerhoff, located at 6373 Promenade Pkwy, delivers an elevated dining experience that blends timeless design with modern sophistication.

The restaurant’s menu showcases prime steaks inspired by Mexico City steakhouses, refined sushi featuring line-caught tuna and fish flown in daily, and craft cocktails. At the heart of the experience is the open kitchen, often considered the most important room of any home, which invites guests into the culinary process and creates the feeling of gathering around a shared family table. Diners will also appreciate the large patio and beautiful mountain views, as well as the stunning champagne room.

Please note that The Brinkerhoff is best suited for adults; it is not ideal for infants or very young children, and appropriate attire is requested.
Also worthy of a visit, located next door and also part of the Brinkerhoff family is Savina’s Castle Rock at 6361 Promenade Pkwy. Featuring the same distinctive Tex-Mex favorites as the original downtown Savina’s location, the restaurant (formerly La Loma) is known for its green chile, hand-rolled tortillas made in full view of guests, and legendary margaritas.
In addition to the two Castle Rock restaurants, Brinkerhoff Hospitality also operates Sierra Restaurant in Lone Tree.
