Egg Harbor Cafe Adds New Dining Option in Highlands Ranch
Highlands Ranch will welcome Egg Harbor Cafe, a popular Midwest breakfast and lunch restaurant, on March 16. Known for its high-quality, farm-fresh ingredients, the restaurant features cage-free eggs, premium fair-trade coffee, and an extensive gluten-free menu.
Egg Harbor Cafe serves breakfast and lunch daily and is happy to customize dishes to fit dietary needs. Signature menu items include the San Antonio Skillet, Wrap, or Scrambler, Geneva Rösti, Strawberry Crunch French Toast, and the Door County Salad. View the full menu online.

The restaurant also maintains strong ties to its Chicago roots. Its gluten-free cinnamon roll is made by partner Sweet Ali’s Gluten Free Bakery in Hinsdale, Illinois, while the premium fair-trade coffee is an exclusive blend roasted by Big Shoulders Coffee in Chicago.
Family-owned and operated since 1985, Egg Harbor Cafe focuses on creating meaningful guest experiences alongside serving quality food. Team members follow the restaurant’s HARBOR values, which emphasize respect, hospitality, and creating a welcoming environment for both employees and guests.
Egg Harbor Cafe was founded by Jack and Paula Wright in Hinsdale, Illinois, and has grown into a three-generation family business with more than 20 locations across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Georgia.
The Highlands Ranch Egg Harbor Cafe will be the brand’s first Colorado location. A second Colorado restaurant is also set to open in the Denver Tech Center at Belleview Station.
